- Email Request: Forward your selection details to NickBarberio@TheRealtyAdvisors.com. Use the name of the selected postcard template as your email's subject line for quick and accurate identification.
- Detailed Instructions: Each postcard template comes with specific submission guidelines. Please read these instructions carefully for the postcard you chose and ensure that you include all the necessary details and attachments in your email.
- Order Quantity and Payment:
- Calculate Cost: UPS charges $0.30 per postcard. Decide the number of postcards you need and calculate the total cost (Number of Cards × $0.30).
- Payment for Postcards Only: If you only require postcards, write a check for the calculated amount, payable to Realty Advisors Inc. Hand this check to Nick to confirm your order.
- Adding Bulk Mail Labels: If you also need bulk mail labels, please wait before writing the check. Contact Karen for the labels, and she will provide you with the additional cost. Then, combine this label cost with your postcard total, and write a single check for the combined amount.
